You will fast for 24 hours, either one or two days a week, but never on consecutive days. You will eat everyday. Most women find it works best if they do it on a "dinner-to-dinner" schedule.
Here is how it works: If you want to start fasting on Monday at 5:30pm, you would eat your normal-size meals (not load up piggy style before your fast) and begin at that time. You would fast all the way until 5:30pm on Tuesday, when you would eat a normal dinner. You would wake up Wednesday morning...eat a normal sized breakfast, lunch...some healthy snacks of fruit/vegetables...and your normal dinner. You would start fasting again (if you choose) on Wednesday at 5:30pm.
